Our digital signatures are automatically trusted by Adobe Acrobat Sign
Our digital signatures are automatically trusted by Adobe Acrobat Sign. Advanced and Qualified Signatures / Seals
Digital Signatures not only confirm the identity of the signer but also hold legal validity in courts across different jurisdictions. In the realm of paper-based transactions, two significant issues arise: 1. The susceptibility of signatures to forgery 2. The potential for document content alteration after the application of ink signatures.
Advanced signatures or seals are provided by a Trusted Service Provider (TSP) and have identity vetting. Whereas, a qualified certificate must be issued by a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) and generated using a Qualified Signature Creation Device (QSCD), supported by the highest level of identity vetting in accordance with eIDAS regulations.

T4 Digital Signer Server (DSS) provides a fully configurable appearance for its digital signatures. The positioning of the signature appearance is configurable, plus on which pages of the document it should appear (first page, last page or all pages).
Using API, digital signatures and seals can be integrated into existing organizational software and services
Our digital signature solutions enables organizations using Adobe Acrobat Sign to receive all the benefits of digital document signing – signer identity validation, content integrity, trusted timestamps, non-repudiation.
T4 Signing Service is a server software appliance for managing all aspects of digital signing of files and documents as defined in the main international standards like ETSI, ISO, W3C, eIDAS, etc.

Timestamps are easier to verify when they’re associated with a timestamp authority’s trusted certificate. Including a timestamp helps to prove that the document wasn’t changed after you had signed it and it reduces the chances of an invalid signature.
Invoice Signing – PDF Signer Server allows organizations to digitally sign and process large numbers of invoices. EU VAT Directive requires that: “Invoices sent by electronic means shall be accepted by Member States provided that the authenticity of the origin and integrity of the contents are guaranteed”.
With this product you can quickly sign multiple PDF files (bulk sign) by selecting input and output directory. This is ideal for bulk signing of a large number of corporate documents rather than signing each one individually.
PDF Signer Server supports advanced digital signatures which include embedded RFC 3161 compliant secure timestamps. Such signatures can be verified even after the signer’s certificate expires or is revoked.
PDF Signer Server is completely PKI neutral and will work with PKI components from any vendor (this includes CAs, certificates, CRLs, smartcards, etc.).
Proving time is important in high valued transactions and critical for businesses creating digital signatures for long-term perseverance. Without cryptographic timestamps, digital signatures can’t be trusted as they cannot be accepted in long term. A Timestamp server (also called as Timestamp Authority or TSA as short) provides proof of data existence at a particular point in time using cryptography.
A Timestamp Authority acts as a pivotal role ensuring all of the cryptographic objects identified during digital signature creation remains valid be it digital certificates, CRL or OCSP. This is done by embedding RFC 3161 based cryptographic timestamps inside business documents or transactions. Digital signature standards from ETSI or IETF now require cryptographic timestamps to be embedded ensuring long term storage and archiving.
Complexity creates confusion and bound to create operator mistakes. With developer and admin friendly interfaces, TSA can be deployed, integrated & tested in far less time what others offer.
Quickly integrates with your existing HSMs over PKCS#11. Some of these are: – Entrust nShield – Thales Luna & Protect Server – Utimaco Cryptoserver – Microsoft Azure Key Vault – AWS HSM etc. Environments which doesn’t require HSMs, can still use software based cryptographic keystores. Timestamp certificates can be certified with your existing CAs for quick import and usage.
In situations where timestamp server is not working as it should, Khatim timestamp server proactively notifies administrators to take immediate action. For traceability, all issues are recorded which can be pushed securely to your central logging systems. Some of these are: – Splunk – Grafana – Greylog – LogRhythm etc.
Create and manage multiple workflows from a single dashboard with multiple documents (package) to process. Add multiple reviewers or signers in a workflow. Recipients can sign or approve as per their roles. Allow serial or parallel workflows.
Timestamp server can be configured to use: – System time (synched with a trusted time source) – NTP (over RFC-1305 or SNTP RFC-2030) – Checks local clock time drift with NTP
KTS is build from ground up with platform independence hence supports Windows and Linux alike. You can deploy following different environments: – On-premise private or public cloud – VMs – Physical machines
Setup multiple policies to cater different configurations like algorithms, time sources etc. This allows serving different business applications having different timestamp needs. – PAdES-T – XAdES-T – CAdES-T Works seamlessly with wide range of business applications to integrate cryptographic timestamping. Few off the shelf apps with it works with: – Adobe Acrobat – Microsoft Office – jarsigner – SignTool
